An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a highly talented and experienced Design Manager within our Fitout & Refurbishment division. This is a brand new role and we are seeking someone who can see a long career with one of Australia’s leading builders. The need for a top-class individual is immediate.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the design scope for multiple Fitout & Refurbishment is delivered within time, cost and quality standards while also facilitating the delivery of documentation for the project from inception to handover to the delivery team.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Be focused on providing detailed, innovative and timely design solutions to both Built and the Client.
  • Have competency in general business software inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
  • Have previous experience in a similar role, on a high-end and challenging projects
  • Previous experience within a client focused/service based organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to apply design management skills across a range of projects
  • Relevant qualifications in Building, Architecture or similar You will also need to show impressive leadership skills and be able to mentor and develop fellow team members to achieve their potential.

We seek an individual who is well-known throughout the Sydney Fitout sector and has also had exposure to heavy refurbishments with tricky sites and many challenges. You thrive on tough jobs and you are in your element rallying the troops to achieve a great outcome.
