We are seeking a Project Delivery Manager to join our Construction Land and Assets Project team. Reporting to the Director, Construction, Project Management & Assets, you will be responsible leading and managing the delivery on a range of construction projects including the development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of a portfolio of strategic projects, to achieve project outcomes, and support achievement of Landcom’s objectives.
As the delivery management expert, you will provide strategic expert advice regarding project risks and provide mitigation measures to ensure delivery of projects and represent Landcom in various forums. As the Delivery Manager you will also provide direction to other team members as well as consultants and contractors to enable successful project delivery. You will also undertake contract negotiations, develop and maintain strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholders and manage project budget, costings and reporting etc.

- Community Centres & Libraries
- Skate Parks & Bike Tracks
- Playgrounds & Water Parks
- Recreational Sports Precincts (Ovals, Grandstands & Amenities)
- Multi-Story Residential Buildings
- Residential Dwellings (between 5 & 60 houses at one time)
- Pocket Parks, Public Reserves & Parklands
You will have proven experience in managing and delivering projects, ideally from delivery readiness, tender, delivery to close out and evaluation, preferably with experience working within the building industry. You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills with an ability to build and form strong working relationships at all levels as well as proven ability to deliver and work to tight timeframes and an ability to develop innovate and adaptable approaches to project delivery.
You will also be a trusted expert with an ability to influence and negotiate as well as manage and lead a small team to success.
