Her achievements include being listed as the first female No.1 consultant for the nation’s largest residential builder, as well as becoming a renowned project & development manager. Through navigating the various fields of acquisitions, sales, design, to management & directorship, Tamika learnt firsthand the challenges found in the sector and as such has worked to alleviate them.

Emma is a regular contributor to academia, advising tertiary institutions on course content, micro credentials, and innovation programs. Passionate about learning, Emma is a keen spokesperson at university events, engaging and inspiring the next generation of leaders.

Jordan began his career in law and gained a decade of experience in negotiating and managing construction agreements, commercial, hotel, industrial and residential property transactions.
He used his legal skills and experience as a base to expand into providing a full suite of management and development services for his clients.

Jordan assists clients in all aspects of their investments from site identification, acquisition and contract negotiation, finance, sales, development and project management.

Jordan Hickey holds a Bachelor of Law and International Business.

Since 2015, Andrew has been a member of the Executive Leadership Team with the ASX listed Simonds Group, leading the education businesses within the Group and also supporting the groups learning and development needs.
