The Project Manager for our client will deliver a high volume of projects including new build, fit out and refurbishment works.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting; Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work; Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client; High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills; Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site; Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial Construction
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 6 years' experience in Project Management on Commercial projects as a principal contractor; Tertiary qualification in Construction/Engineering or a trade background; The ability to travel when needed to regional projects in ACT
