Sales Director

The role would be working with the director in the business to lead the sales with the benefit of being a part of a scaling business with growth potential for future roles. With a sister development company, your role would be managing & facilitating the client services component to deliver the housing outcome. Equipped with a standard range of homes, inclusions and the appropriate systems in place, you would be supported in both lead generation and existing projects to ensure your success. As a sales background, we recognise the importance of having the right salespeople as part of our business who take their role seriously with a growth mindset. As such, we will ensure the right person is supported to perform at their peak to obtain max results and income.

Key Responsibilities:

Working with the Director to oversee the Sales Division
Leading sales- introducing new business & managing existing leads throughout the sales process
Working with pre-existing design range and standard pricing to help new clients with selecting their homes
Traditionally managing volume client - B2B relationships.
Establishing new relationships to increase sales division and manage existing
Delivering estimates and overseeing deposits
Preparing and issuing briefs to obtain fixed prices
Contract signing and deposit paperwork
Managing client relationships with good rapport from deposit to contract signing

Skills & Experience:

Preferably new home consultant experience
Familiarity with plans and professional manner
positive attitude and self-starter
Attention to detail and emotional intelligence to work with a reputable, fast-paced team
Values and ethics are a must to develop a good rapport with existing clients and introduce new ones
Determination and resilience are important in any sales role
Knowing you will be supported in a fast-paced, new age, healthy, and expanding team. We want to see everyone do well. Our role is to help them do just that!
Must be willing to step out of comfort zone and lead, under the support of Director.
The person chosen for this role will be equipped with the resources, tools and support to succeed, learning from some of the best in the industry.
