‘Building WOMEN, Not Just HOUSES’
The Top 100 Women addresses not only gender equality within the sector, but chats to some of the leading businesses within the Country about what they are doing to assist in Social & Affordable Housing.

For long it has been overlooked that Women over 55 are actually the largest group on the Social Housing waitlist. Which is made up of approx. 200,000 people & families in need of a home.

The companies on the panel have successfully tackled diversity in their own business’s and are now also paving the way to fill the gap in the housing market. A successful operation in this particular segment not only assists women of this age but addresses a problem of diversity as a whole. It’s one thing to say we need more women within the industry, but what are we doing with the women we have?

Better yet, what are we doing as a whole, to help house the over 60% of the social housing waitlist which make up our Mothers & Grandmothers?
